Expansion

Our History

Georgia Roof Advisors has been in operation since 2009. We were originally called Marietta Roof Advisors and assisted insurance companies with claims-handling after a bad storm. Our services were primarily roof claims and roof inspections. As we continued to serve the Marietta community and earned an impeccable reputation, the demand for our services increased beyond the local Marietta market. We decided to expand our territory and Georgia Roof Advisors was created.

5 Steps

Our Process

At Georgia Roof Advisors, we have a 5 step process to ensure your roofing needs are met. As part of the process, we use the latest in technology available. We use drone technology to get an accurate 360° view of your roof, and share our progress with you in real-time by utilizing the latest in cloud technology available.

1. Inspection & Review

Our roofing process starts with a very thorough and professional inspection. At Georgia Roof Advisors, we use HOVER tech to take 360° pictures; for a better look we will fly a drone over the roof. In addition, we physically inspect the roof, inside and outside. We photograph and record all findings, using CompanyCam, which will allow us to provide homeowners with a very structured and detailed report. From there, we advise on what we find during inspection.

2. Options & Claim Management

Once we have reviewed the findings from our inspection, we will then advise you on all of your options. This might be filing a storm damage claim or simply letting you know that your roof is in good shape as-is. Once the amount of damage covered by your insurance carrier is determined, we will work directly with the insurance adjuster and manage the claim process for you.

3. Design & Selection

We will assist and advise you on roofing products we offer for your new roof project. At Georgia Roof Advisors, we offer a wide range of colors, and materials, as well as all other items needed such as flashing, underlayment, ventilation systems and finishing.

4. Pre-Installation Meeting

We will discuss the installation process and advise you on what to expect from us during this project. At Georgia Roof Advisors, we will also ensure you that your home and landscaping will be left in the same condition as it was when we started. We will do a pre-walkthrough and note any special concerns or requests you have for us.

5. Installation & Post-Work Walkthrough

Our company prides itself on excellent workmanship. We start and finish our projects in a timely and professional manner. After our project is finished, we will do a complete walkthrough with you and answer any questions you may have. We will review and advise you on your warranty. Lastly, we will make sure you are completely satisfied with our work before we leave.
